Each quarter I open up a limited number of 1:1 mentoring spots as part of my Accelerator Program.


This program allows me to work with you directly to:

  • Work out the real challenges and opportunities affecting your business.
  • Determine what success really means to you and set clear objectives and goals to help you get there.
  • Identify areas of your business that you need to work on to reach your goals. This may include working on your strategy, systems, or processes across any aspect of your business, depending on your needs (e.g. pricing, marketing, service offering, practice management, team development) - it's all customised for you. 
  • Build a plan to get you there, including accountability check-ins, planning sessions, and tracking tools.

The Accelerator Program offers two levels of support, depending on how intensive you want the experience to be.

Each program runs for 12 weeks and includes a combination of 1:1 planning and working sessions, 1:1 check-ins, a customised program based on your specific needs/. Plus all the associated tools, resources and support to get you there.

Existing Academy members receive a $300 discount on Accelerator programs (you will be given a code to apply at checkout once you have completed the application process).

Accelerator Intensive

Ready to stop spinning your wheels and make real progress, with me right there beside you every week, every step of the way?

The Accelerator Intensive is my highest-touch, 1:1 program:12 weeks of working directly with me, week by week, on the things that will actually move your business forward.

We start with a 90-minute deep-dive to map your challenges, opportunities and goals, then build a custom plan with clear KPIs so you can track your progress.

From there, it's weekly momentum: 1 hour hands-on working sessions where we do the actual work together, alternating with 20 minute accountability check-ins to keep you on track between sessions. You'll have full access to all my Academy resources, templates and tools throughout.

This is for you if you are serious about change, have some serious work to get through, and want dedicated support and guidance on a weekly basis.

The 12 week Accelerator Intensive includes:

  • Custom program, designed and facilitated by me, Martine Hoosen, focusing on your specific needs, challenges, opportunities and goals.
  • 90 minute deep-dive to discuss your needs and map out your custom plan.
  • Weekly sessions, alternating between 60 minute deep-work sessions and 20 minute accountability check-ins (6 x 60min and 5 x 20min sessions in total).
  • Customised accountability and tracking tools.
  • The Bookkeepers Academy resources, templates, and tools, plus customised program tools.
  • The Bookkeeper's Academy membership for the duration of the 12 week program, valued at $97/month.

Accelerator Guided

Still ready to stop spinning, though are ready to take on more, and don't need me working with you on a weekly basis (you'll get fortnightly)? 

The Accelerator Guided is a less intense version of the Accelerator Intensive. Still a 1:1 program conducted over 12 weeks, I work with you fortnightly rather than weekly.

We start with a 60-minute deep-dive to map your challenges, opportunities and goals, then build a custom plan with clear KPIs so you can track your progress.

From there, it's fortnightly check-ins: 1 hour hands-on working sessions where we do the actual work together, alternating with 20minute accountability check-ins to keep you on track between sessions. You'll have full access to all my Academy resources, templates and tools throughout.

This is for you if you want a highly customised 1:1 mentoring program though are confident you can take a little more accountability of your journey, and only need me fortnightly.

The 12 week Accelerator Guided includes:

  • Custom program, designed and facilitated by me, Martine Hoosen, focusing on your specific needs, challenges, opportunities and goals.
  • 60 minute deep-dive to discuss your needs and map out your custom plan.
  • Fortnightly sessions, alternating between 60 minute deep-work sessions and 20 minute accountability check-ins (3 x 60min and 3 x 20min sessions in total).

  • The Bookkeepers Academy resources, templates, and tools.
  • The Bookkeeper's Academy membership for the duration of the 12 week program, valued at $97/month.
