Each quarter, I open up a limited number of 1:1 mentoring spots as part of my Accelerator Program.
This program allows me to work with you directly to:
- Work out the real challenges and opportunities affecting your business.
- Determine what success really means to you and set clear objectives and goals to help you get there.
- Identify areas of your business that you need to work on to reach your goals. This may include working on your strategy, systems, or processes across any aspect of your business, depending on your needs (e.g. pricing, marketing, service offering, practice management, team development) - it's all customised for you.
- Build a plan to get you there, including accountability check-ins, planning sessions, and tracking tools.
The Accelerator Program offers two levels of support, depending on how intensive you want the experience to be.
Each run for 12 weeks and includes a combination of 1:1 planning and working sessions, 1:1 check-ins, a customised program based on your specific needs, and the associated tools, resources and support to get you there.
Accelerator Intensive

In the Intensive Program, Martine creates a custom program based on your needs, and works through it with you, step-by step. Weekly working and planning sessions and check-ins provide the highest level of accountability and support.

A the program is customised for each participant, the exact content is a little different for everyone, though your first month will look something like this...
Week 01. Discovery
We have our first 90 minute discovery session. I ask a lot of questions about your business, and we work together to identify key challenges, opportunities, and determine your goals and objectives.
Based on everything we've discussed, I put together a plan of attack, setting out key areas of your business that we need to work on in order to reach your goals. Everyone's goals are different, and so is everyone's plan.
Once we've locked in the plan and your program, I'll get you starting on preparing for our first Working Session. We also have custom tracking dashboards and reminders to keep you motivated and on track throughout the program.
Week 02. 60 min Working Session
We dive straight into it. 60 minutes of working together directly on your business. Depending on the plan we've created, this may involve reviewing your clients, resetting your pricing, creating your client procedures, or whatever else has been prioritised.
I'll set tasks for you to complete before our next session, so that we keep moving forward.
Week 03. 15 min Check-in Session
We keep the momentum going with regular check-ins to make sure your staying accountable to your plan, on track with your goals, and so that we can address any barriers as we go.
Week 04. 60min Working Session
We jump into another 60 minutes of working together directly on your business, and keep progressing on another area of your business. This is deep, practical work, and can be at the strategy, systems, processes, procedures or task level - it all depends on what you need to achieve, and how you work best.
