What this builder does

This builds your pricing strategy and your pricing policies into one document you drop into your business plan. It captures where your pricing is now, what you want the change to achieve, the date you're working towards, and the strategy and policies you're moving to.

Work through the tabs in order: set your branding on Company profile, map the move on Transition, set the destination on Strategy, choose and word your rules on Policies, then preview and download on Your document.

Example wording. Every field starts blank. On the Transition, Strategy and Policies tabs you can load our example wording for that tab, or use the Use example link on any single field or policy to pull in just that one. Clear all on each tab empties it again. Edit anything you load to fit your practice.

Read this before you begin

Your work is stored in this browser, on this device only. Nothing you enter is sent to The Bookkeeper's Academy or to anyone else. That keeps it private, and it means keeping a copy is your responsibility. If this browser is cleared, replaced or changed, anything you have not exported is gone and cannot be recovered by us.

Save versions as you go. Use Save at the top of the page to keep named versions, for example a working draft and a finished one. Download the Word or PDF of the finished document into your business plan, and take a full back-up before you clear your browsing data or change device.

How to save and export

Export produces a file you keep. Import brings that work back into the tool. Each area exports and imports its own data, so importing your branding never changes your strategy.
